Delete your Alhalalgo account
In the app
Open Account → Delete account. If asked, sign out and sign in again, then confirm deletion within 15 minutes. Deletion permanently removes your live account and linked text reports, plus this account’s saved collections and private activity on the phone where you delete it.
Without the app
Email alhalago78@gmail.com from your account email with the subject “Delete Alhalalgo account”. State that you want your account and associated reports deleted. We may verify identity using your account email; do not send your password. We aim to process verified requests within one month.
What may remain
Provider backups and operational logs expire under provider schedules. Local data on other devices, generic settings and downloaded Quran audio may remain until cleared there. If any uploaded files exist, support must delete those stored files as well as the related records.
